His Excellency The Executive Governor of Rivers State Amaopusenibo Sir Siminalayi Fubara stormed the residence of the Caretaker Chairman of Ogu/Bolo Council in celebration of his birthday anniversary alongside the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Comr. Victor Oko-Jumbo.
