Again, Ortom Donates Land To Church, Says Nothing Too Big To Give God
Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has donated a vast portion of land to another church, Full Gospel Revival Crusade, for the purpose of encouraging the work of God.
Recall that Governor Ortom, had a week ago, donated land to Faithway Gospel Ministries in Makurdi, for the construction of Church auditorium and pastor’s residence.
The governor, while announcing the donation yesterday declared that there is nothing too big for him to surrender to God.
Governor Ortom explained that the land, situated on Gboko road, was acquired by him in 2006 for business purposes, stressing that he never hesitated giving it for the work of God when the spirit directed him to do so.
Hear him: “There is nothing in this life that God has given me, which I will spare giving out to Him. The land where the Full Gospel Revival Crusade is situated is a land I bought for business in 2006, but the day God told me to donate it to the man of God, I didn’t hesitate.”
The governor acknowledged the blessings of the General Overseer of the church, Pastor Thomas Igya, to his Christian life and that of his family, pointing out that the man of God preaches the truth and urged him to sustain the tempo.
Governor Ortom enjoined the congregation to mind their positions and businesses as well as identify what God has given them and work hard to achieve same.
In his sermon, Pastor Thomas Igya, who preached on the topic: “mind your position,” admonished Christians to exhibit the dove-like attributes in their missions and not like a raven, which goes on a mission and never returns.
