Banigo Felicitates With Secondus On Birthday
Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus as he marked his birthday.
The Tide learnt that Secondus celebrated his birthday, yesterday.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt, Banigo described Secondus as a detribalised, focused and a visionary leader who is poised to lead the PDP into victory in 2019.
While wishing him many happy returns, Banigo prayed the Almighty God, to bless, guide, protect, and give Prince Uche Secondus the wisdom to carry on the onerous task of leading the greatest political party in the African continent.
