prepare youths for leadership, both in the church and society at large.

He stated that RA is a youth organisation that has
contributed immensely to national development, though campaigns against
anti-social vices in Nigeria.

Hon. George, who is the National President of Men’s
Missionary Union, Nigeria Baptist Convention, made the assertion while speaking
at the opening ceremony and Silver jubilee anniversary celebration of the 22nd

According to him, Royal Ambassador is of the uniformed
voluntary organisations in the country, affiliated to Nigeria Youth Council,
that is poised to reform youth positively, saying that it is also a vehicle to
reach out to people of this generation.

“I must say that Royal Ambassadors is a platform to reach
out to people of our generation. Besides, where ever we go, people will always
identify RA members as district and different people in all ramifications,” Hon
George said.

He used the forum to advice youths in the country to shun
anything capable of causing violence.

Speaking at the occasion, the Rivers Conference Royal
Ambassadors Director, Bitebo Eregoba, appeal led to companies and well-meaning
individuals to support RA to enable the body carry out it’s aims and objectives
effectively.

According to him, “RA
is an organisation where youths are taught morals and other things to make them
become leaders.

“Here in RA, we teach and preach against anti-social vices,
because we know that youths are leaders of tomorrow. That is why we normally
organised camping to teach them,” Eregoba said.

He used the occasion to thank all these who have contributed
