Institute Honours NBA Boss

The former chairman of Ahoada Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Dr. Emeka Ichoku has bagged the prestigious award of excellence in law, of the American Biographical Institute (ABI).

President of the Institute, J.M. Evans, said Barrister Ichoku’s nomination for the award was in recognition of his doggedness in legal practice and his tireless contribution to the development of the legal profession.

He said Barrister Ichoku emerged the winner after an extensive review of his professional achievements and contributions to legal practice.

He congratulated the recipient of the award, explaining that the institute has been collecting and publishing over one million biographies of distinguished persons through correspondence with universities, business publication and organisations around the globe.

In this response Barrister Ichoku expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to the institute for considering him for the distinguished award , adding that the award will spur him into seeking greater heights in his legal practice and service to humanity.

Barrister Ichoku, a former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ahoada chapter, had been into active legal practice for a few decades now. His enormous contributions to legal practice is renowned. The American Biographical Institute is the publisher of Biographical reference works since 1967 and also the host of the world forum, university of Cambridge, England 2010.
