Estate Valuer Tasks Youths On Cultural Values
The annual fishing festival of Vintage Farms & Products, in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State has ended with award of prices to the best Fisher and other participants.
The National President of Estate Valuer, Chief Emma Wike, while speaking at the event, described the event as timely and reminded the younger generations the need to have value for culture and tradition of Rivers people.
He said that their primary occupation was fishing, farming and hunting and regretted that such activities had become extinct.
Chief Wike also described the convener of the event, Eze Mike Elechi as a man of many parts naturally blessed with good business ideas and urged him not to relent in making agriculture a lucrative business in the state.
On his part, the host and the Managing Director of Vintage Farms & Products, Eze Mike Elechi gave glory to God for enabling the company throughout the COVID-19 period, adding that the company was waxing strong in all the products and services.
