WAEC Releases 2020 WASSCE Results, Today
The West African Examination Council (WAEC), will today, release the results of the May/June 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
The Head of National Office, Patrick Areghan, announced that the release of the results, today, will be held at New Hall, WAEC National Office, Yaba, Lagos.
WAEC made the announcement via its Twitter handle, yesterday.
It wrote: “This is to inform candidates that sat West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates, 2020, that the results of that exam will be released by @waecnigeria tomorrow, Monday, November 2, 2020 by 10:30am.

A total of 1,549,563 million candidates in 19,120 schools across the country and four others- Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone and Liberia sat for the examination.
The 2020 May/June examination was postponed in March following the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
It, however, held from August 17 to September 12.
WAEC had announced shortly after the examinations that results would be ready 45 days after the candidates had concluded their papers.
The release of the results, today, will greatly impact students who have already secured admission in tertiary institutions and those looking forward to taking their studies further.
