In his words: “the government will support and sponsor Bayelsans to the Holy land and the lottery package will be given adequate support as my government will be the first to start the initiative.”
“The body of Christ in the state just yesterday after an interactive meeting with me, passed a vote of confidence on me to continue. This will spur me to do more for the state and strengthen the collaboration between my government and the church.”
Earlier, in his remarks, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christians Pilgrimage Welfare Commission, NCPC, Rev John Kennedy Opara, explained that the commission is on a sensitisation tour for the 2016 pilgrimage.
