Rangers FC Tackles Vital’O, ‘Morrow …CAF Champions League
Enugu Rangers have shifted their attention to the CAF Champions League where they will play with Vital’O of Burundi in the second leg of their first round qualifier this weekend at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
The club announced that they have commenced preparations for this weekend’s continental engagement as they don’t want to be complacent against the Burundian champions with whom they played out a goalless draw in the first-leg in Bujumbura.
Rangers fullback Haliru Umar has said that their weekend victory over Kwara United will spur them to victory over Vital’O, defender Chibuzor Madu threaded a path of caution warning that the away draw they got in the first-leg could be deceptive.
Rangers are likely to do without the services of playmaker Emeka Eze as the ESUT undergraduate is yet to recover from injury which has seen him sit out Rangers last three games.
