Clergyman Tasks Nigerians On Godliness
The General Overseer of Faith Deliverance World Outreach Centre, popularly known as Shammah Chapel, Pastor Joshua Mbiiloo has called on Nigerians to persevere in the worship of God, if they want to succeed in life.
Pastor Mbiiloo, who stated this recently in an exclusive interview with The Tide in Port Harcourt, said “perseverance in working in the guidance of the Lord can take you to heights you cannot imagine in life.”
According to him, “it is what has seen Shammah Chapel grow from strength to strength in fifteen years of its existence.
“As we hold our fifteen years anniversary with the theme “Overflow Unlimited”, I use this medium to challenge Nigerians to learn to work under the guidance of the Lord and see if they cannot experience the overflow unlimited”, he stated.
Mbiiloo said “looking at Shammah Chapel from the outside, it would be difficult to imagine that we have faced difficulties, but we have, and each time we came out of it, which has resulted in today’s overflow unlimited.
“The secret is in accepting the fact that challenges are fertilisers, they are necessary stepping stones, that is why we view it worth while to celebrate fifteen years of worshiping the Lord.
On his part, Deacon Ibikroma Max-Alalibo said “one major problem we have as human beings is that we find it easier to run away from challenges than seeing them as mere hurdles which must be overcome in order to get to the next level in life.
“Worshipping the Lord among other things, demands steadfastness, even in the face of seeming impossibilities,” he said.
