Obolo Tasks Members On Unity
The Secretary-General of the National support for Yar,Adua/Jonathan Presidency, (NSYJP) Prince Kingsley Obolo has charged members of the South South zone of the body to forget their differences and work together for the success of the Administration.
Prince Obolo, who said this during An interactive session with members in Port Harcourt described the administration of President Yar,Adua as very transparent.
He said that the ideal of the movement which is to ensure good governance in the country must be protected at all times.
According to him, the only way this could be achieved is when they work in unity irrespective of who holds what position in the zone.
Prince Obolo, who commended the leaders of the zone for their selfless services however, urged those with allegation of corruption against the leadership of the zone to come forward with their proof.
Also speaking, the South South zonal co-ordinator, Dr Enoch Onyeche warned those who have political ambition to leave as the movement is not a political party.
Dr Onyeche also said that persons with corrupt intents have no place in the movement as it is built on truth and honesty.
He urged those who identify with the body to be up and doing stressing that the present administration is built on honesty and transparency.
In his vote of thanks, the state chairman, Mr Samuel Okpara, urged for unity among members of the body in the state.
He said that the seven point agenda of the president would make the country achieve Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) within a short time.
He appealed to members to be transparent in all their dealings and thanked them for their loyalty and support to PDP administration.
