LG Boss Moves To Partner Real Estate Firm
The Chairman of Emohua Council, Dr ChidiLloyd, has said that his administration is open to partnerships with real estate companies willing to invest in the area.
He said this at the unveiling of the operational office of the Everyday Real Estate Limited in the headquarters of the council in Emohua.
A statement signed by his Press secretary, Bright Jossy Elendu, and made available to The Tide, revealed that Dr. Lloyd equally promised to grant tax waivers to real estate companies willing to site their property in any part of the council.
Representatives of the company, Mr. Ukechi Smith Dibia and Charles Nathaniel, hailed the council boss on his commendable achievements within a short period of his administration and encouraged the people to provide the necessary support to help him achieve his aim.
Nathaniel, who is a director in Everyday Real Estate Limited, said the originality of the developmental potential in the real estate business in Emohua has been confirmed after conducting extensive research.
In his words, “the company discovered that the area has 90 per cent of its land on stable land, 85 per cent of the land in the area is what property developers refer to as “Buy and Build”, 80 per cent of the land in the area are inter-neighboured and approximately proximal, with 55 per cent of the land on the East-West road, with a friendly atmosphere and ecosystem that surrounds the environs, which the company couldn’t overlook”
He stated that this would provide employment opportunities for about 80 persons.
Nathaniel further mentioned that the company’s first estate in Emohua, “the Sapphire Estate Phase 2”, is currently on sale along Elibrada and Oduoha axis of the East West Road at #980,000 per plot.
