The royal father maintained that such was a step in the right direction, and added that it was a hallmark of an ideal Rivers man.
He also called on community leaders to join the state governor in crusading against crime and related offences in the state so as to defend the aim of the founding fathers of the state.
To attain such height, he said concerned bodies must be prepared to live selfless life, so that they could be bold to confront wrong-doers in the society.
While lauding the governor over his determination to improve security of lives and property in the state, he said all hands must be on deck to ensure that the project is sustained.
