Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, has shared his view about internet scam popularly known as instagram post, implied that anyone who knows about slavery would not consider internet scam as a crime.
He wrote: “If you know about slavery, you go know say Yahoo not be crime. His comment about yahoo-yahoo is coming a week after mother Nigerian Singer, Simi criticised internet fraudsters asking them not to buy her CDs or watch her youtube videos again.
Addressing fraudsters in a live intagram video, the soft spoken singer who just released her second album ‘Omo Chalie Champagae” went hard against internet fraudster she said.
“Common guys, you don’t have to like me, you don’t have to listen to my music, you don’t have to send me, but you see, I am not the enemy I can easily sit down and pretend that nothing is wrong and just make money, smile cheers blah blah, but the thing is, I care too much, if I don’t a shit, I would say anything, I’ve had friends that have thought about it|. It is certainly obvious that Naira Marley and Simi do not share the same view about yahoo-yahoo.
Meanwhile, Rugged man wants Naira Marley to know the difference between slavery and internet fraud so as not to use it in misleading people. The veteran rapper made this known via his instragram page on Tuesday April, 23 2019. According to Rugged man, any me can get involved in internet fraud, but it doesn’t mean it should be an avenue to disrespect the black race that was sold into slavery.
He wrote: “Naira Marley my brother, I love your and all, but you need to get one thing clear and so do not mislead people especially kids in social media. You can do yahoo all you want but do not disrespect the part of the black race that were sold into slavery by trying to use it to justify cybercrime. The people who bought slaves died ages ago, if you want to fight that, then start a cause/movement against British and America who ever owned slaves, but stealing the hard earned money of other people isn’t about slavery. You say the Nigerian leaders are looting trillions outta this country, why aren’t you hacking their accounts and giving back to the people the Robin Hood style? I swear I go hail you for that one.
“But Bros respect the black race and don’t by to use it to justify cybercrime. Eno follow if it wasn’t a crime popo won’t be busting boys for it. Thousands of qualified Nigerians can’t get jobs outside Nigeria because of yahoo”, if you want to do it, enjoy, nobody do the crime, if you are caught, you do the time I got friends who are into it, I don’t judge, I got friend who are in jail for doing it, I don’t judge. All man dey hustle, God bless all our hustles and lets hold our leaders accountable, Nigeria must be great again Nigeria is for us all not for a particular tribe” he wrote.
