Salah Tips Liverpool For EPL,UCL Double

Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah is confident that Liverpool has what it takes to go all the way in both the English Premier League and UEFA Champions League this season.
The 26-year-old played an integral part in leading the Reds to the UCL final last season, but was injured early on in the showpiece as the Merseyside club suffered defeat to Real Madrid in Kiev.
Liverpool has started the season with five wins from five matches in the Premier League as they set their sights on a first league title in almost three decades.
The Reds kicked-off their UCL campaign against Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield yesterday as they aim to reach the final for a second successive season, this time with the hope of lifting the title at the end of the road.
“Last season we eliminated Manchester City then Roma, who beat Barcelona in the quarter-finals,” Salah told Tidesports source.
“I’m sure we can win it. We could even win both the Champions League and the Premier League. I don’t want to put pressure on the team, but anything is possible.
“PSG has exceptional individuals and a great squad. I can’t wait to play against them! I expect an intense and enjoyable match,” the Egyptian international added, before their game yesterday.
