The accused persons are Tersugh Isaac, 28; Pius Kusugh, 35; Edward Frances, 36; all security guards of Efab Global Estate Mboro Abuja and Promise John, 19, labourer of Kado village, Abuja.
The defendants are standing trial on a three-count charge of joint act, house-breaking and theft
The prosecutor , Ms Judith Obatomi, told the court that one Ifedigwu Jennifer of Efab Global Estate Mboro, Abuja, reported the matter at the Life Camp Police Station on August 22, adding that while the complainant was asleep at home, the defendant broke into her room on the said date.

Ado ordered that Isaac’s surety must be a salary earner and must show a pay slip while Kusugh and Frances surety must be a director from the defendant’s place of work.
The judge also ordered John to produce a reliable surety, residing within the court’s jurisdiction.
He adjourned the matter until September 17 for hearing.
