Rivers Angels Resume Training, Today

Rivers Angels Football Club of Port Harcourt will resume training today from its one week break to further prepare for the 2017/2018 Nigeria Women Football (NWFL) League.
The players went on a one-week recess last Monday to rest from their intensive trainings done for months to enable them perform during their games.
According to the media spokesperson of the club, Jessica Amadi, the team resumed today from their break to continue preparations for the league, saying that the team need to fortify their plans for the remaining games of the league.
“We need to double our efforts for the task ahead as to perform well in our games when the competition resumes”, Jessica Amadi said.
The league is expected to restart next months, and the jewels of Rivers have promised to do their level best to ensure that they actualize their dream.
“We need to work hard and not relent in making our dream a reality. The double is our target this season and we shall succeed as we work relentlessly to secure the trophies, the AITEO cup and the league title”, the media officer noted.
The girls are in high spirit and are poised to secure the doubles to put smiles on the faces of their fans and the Rivers people.
