Nollywood Actress Berates Airline Over Flight Delay

A Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has formally written to the managment of Arik Airline for delaying her flight to Port Harcourt.
Dikeh in her letter, which was made available to aviation correspondents at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa, last Monday, lamented that many Nigerians and travellers had suffered over this issue, but that no proper action had been taken against the airlines.
According to the actress in her letter, she had to put up the letter to the airline because she has suffered a huge loss due to delay in flight, where she was due to travel to Port Harcourt by 10:30 am but had her flight delayed to 6:00pm.
The actress in her letter described the service of the airline as “shitty, lazy and destiny killing” and called on Nigerians and air travellers to beware of the airline.
“Thank you so much for making hardworking Nigerians lose their hard-earned money and income, all because we choose to fly and trust you.
“I bought an early flight ticket because I had an early appointment I could not afford to miss in Port Harcourt, but thanks to your shitty services. I am forced to lose millions of naira and disappointed multitude of people.
“Your services are weak and unprofessional and above all, you tend to waste people’s time and destiny without respect and how the hell do you change a flight scheduled for 10:30am to 6:00pm”, she wrote.
The actress also recalled that it was the same Arik Airline that made a bride to miss her own wedding last year 2017and called on Nigerians to rise up and carry a campaign against the airline over incessant flight delays.
