This was disclosed by the media officer of the club, Jessica Amadi, during an interview with Tidesports in Port Harcourt.
According to the club’s spokeswoman, the break which commenced on Monday would end on the 27th of this month.
Meanwhile, the league is yet to get a resumption date due to the crisis that was in the Nigeria football Federation (NFF) which seems to have been resolved now, following FIFA threat to ban Nigeria. It is expected that the season would resume soon.
“They have been training for some months now without a resumption date for the league, that is why the break became necessary” Jessica Amadi said.
