The Rivers State Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has been
repositioned for a smooth take off of online business places registration/renewal.
Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Mr. Chuma Chinye,
who gave this indication, when he paid a courtesy visit to Radio Rivers FM,
Port Harcourt, said the new e-business registration will bear scratching
