Ikpeazu Expresses Sadness Over Death Of Wabara’s Wife

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has expressed sadness over the death of Mrs Felicia Wabara, wife of a former Senate President, Senator Adolphus Wabara.
Mrs Wabara died in the early hours of Sunday, April 10, 2022 following a protracted illness.
The governor’s feelings were disclosed  in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka, and made available to newsmen in Aba yesterday.
Ikpeazu said the woman whom he described as “an embodiment of experience in excellent spousal support” was very supportive of the demanding political life of Wabara.
“Senator Wabara has lost his most powerful pillar and support system who  stood with him for several years of their marriage.
“She had been a key partaker in the successes and challenges of their 40 years of  marriage,” he said.
Ikpeazu, therefore, sent his condolences to the former Senate President who is current the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP.)
“Governor Ikpeazu, on behalf of the government and people of Abia State, sends his deep condolences to the family of Senator Wabara and to the people of Ohambele Ndoki and the entire people of Ukwa East LGA.
“He prays the Almighty God to grant her soul eternal rest”, the statement said.
