Zambian Club Fires Coach After Successive Losses
News coming out to Zambia is that FAZ Super Division side Buildcon FC has parted ways with coach Arena Gulgeimo.
The club has launched a search for a new coach after dismissing the Italian-born trainer last week.
According to Tidesports source, Buildcon has decided to release the manager after losing all their first three matches in the 2018 league campaign.
Club Spokesperson Martin Musunka confirmed that Buildcon and Gulgeimo have separated and the players are training on their own.
“We have taken the decision in the best interest of the club’ Musunka said.
“In the meantime players are training on their own but a decision to hire a coach will be made soon even before the end of the day.”
Moreover, the 44-year-old replaced Spaniard Hicham Jadrane as Buildcon coach two months ago and the club will hire a new mentor soon.
