Founder and CEO of pay Porte, the official sponsors of Big Brother Naija 2018, Eyo Bassey has reacted to the eviction of Teddy A and Bambam from the ongoing reality show. Teddy A was evicted on Sunday night few hours after his romantic partner, Bambam also got evicted.
Reacting Eyo stated that housemates were warned that sex or nudity does not guarantee support from viewers. He wrote on twitter, “I hope everyone will understand and see clearly that sex and nudity do not sell on Big Brother Naija and has maintaind this position compared to last session when neither sex nor nudity was televised.
“I warned and they refused to listen sex doesn’t sell this we insisted on this last season and the show was clean and shattered all records, this weekend’s eviction is another pointer”, he said.
Recall that in February, Bambam was caught having sex with Teddy A in the bathroom, the internet was agog with controversies surrounding the pair over sex. However, viewers got a clear answer as the pair were caught having sex in the toilet thinking they were away from the cameras. This came after Miracle had accused all housemates of having sex, noting that it was the reason for the missing condoms.
Nevertheless, Murtala Mohammed International Airport witnessed a huge crowd that gathered to welcome the evicted Big Brother Naija housemates, Teddy A, a rapper and his in-house lover Bambam an actress and singer who were evicted by the show host, Ebuka last weekend.
The crowd cheered in excitement upon seeing the white limousine that was rented to usher them into Lagos from the airport. Obviously over whelmed by the enthusiasm of the crowd, Teddy A and Bambam were nearly driven to tears as they hugged their teeming fans.
