Federal Mortgage Bank Introduces Housing Renovation Loan Scheme

The Federal Mortgage
Bank says it has introduced a new Housing Renovation Loan scheme that would enable contributors to access its fund.
The representative of the bank in Kano, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu  made this known at the meeting of all Heads of Federal Government establishments in Kano last  Thursday.
He said that the scheme was a flexible one which eligible contributors to the National Housing Fund could easily access within a short period of time.
Shedding more light on the scheme, the representative described it as an offshore revolving scheme that would last four years.
While responding to questions from participants, Adamu said that the bank was facing a lot of challenges with regards to the contributors’ statements.
He advised eligible contributors to access the bank in order to utilise the scheme instead of waiting for a long time to get the full housing scheme.
