Obasi In Scoring Form For Schalke

Chinedu Obasi was
amongst the goals for Schalke 04 as they recorded a 2-0 win over Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga at the weekend.
Obasi and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar scored in either half to help Schalke secure a comfortable home win.
Obasi gave the hosts a 16th-minute lead after he skipped through the oppositions defence before rounding the goalkeeper to send in a right-footed shot from a difficult angle into the bottom right corner.
The Nigeria international was also instrumental to Schalke’s second goal as he sent a through-ball to Huntelaar in the 46th minute, and the Dutchman made no mistake as the blasted the ball past Rune Almenning Jarstein from the centre of the box.
Obasi was substituted for Ghanaian holding midfielder Anthony Annan in the 84th minute.
Schalke have moved up to second place in the Bundesliga with 54 points from 28 games.
