Rivers In Festive Mood As CARNIRIV Tees-Off Sunday
Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital is in a festive mood as the much awaited CARNIRIV 2012 is here. The historic cultural fiesta which coincides with the Centenary celebration of the city of Port Harcourt kicks-off on Sunday, December 9 with Kid’s Carnival from Elekahia Road to Civic Centre, Moscow Road and carnival praise jam
