BA Launches Small Prices Promo
As the summer holidays draw near, British
Airways has rolled out discounts across its highly acclaimed world traveller,
World Traveller Plus and Club World cabins.
Called the Big Holiday, Small Prices promo,
the discount sale which ends on May 15, 2012 offers prices starting from as
little as $269 (excluding taxes and surcharges) from Lagos or Abuja to London.
The promotion also extends to selected
European and North American destinations.
The airline’s country commercial manager
for Nigeria, Mr. Kola Olayinka said fares to UK domestic destinations other
than London and Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Switzerlands, Italy, Portugal, Span, Austria, Demmark, (Zech Republic start
from $301.
For those wishing to travel to the United
States World traveller, fares start from $549. The choice of destinations
includes New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, Baltimore, Chicago,
Dallas, Denver, Honston , Los Angeles, has Vegas and San Francisco, among
others. These fares also apply to Canadian destinations such as Toronto,
Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary.
World Traveller Plus, fares to London start
from USD769. For customers travelling to selected locations in Europe and the
US, there fares start from $801 and $1,049 respectively.
The Club World (Business Class) seats to
London are available from $2,160 while equivalent fares to selected locations
in Europe and the North America start from $2,192 and $2,759 respectively.
“We are constantly looking for new ways to
offer value to our customers”, Olayinka said.
“The fares quoted are exclusive of all
surcharges and taxes and are subject to availability, with the outbound travel
period running from May 1 to June 14, 2012”, he added.
