SUPABOD Building Undergoes Major Renovation
The popular supabod building owned by PABOD Supplies Limited in Port Harcourt is about to undergo a major renovation.
The Tide has gathered that the two-storey building along Azikiwe Road in PORT Harcourt is overdue for renovation, as many parts of the building have deteriorated, and that such condition has become a source of worry to its occupants.
Already, the occupants of the building, who are mostly corporate tenants had been asked to quit the place immediately.
Our source also said that the tenants have received their refunds for the rent they paid in advance, while the staff of PABOD supplies had been paid-off on their job.
The Tide’s visit to the area has shown that evacuation activities were in ongoing as all the office doors were left open, and properties were being removed from the offices.
Already the high level business activities that is usually noticed at the building have grossly reduced.
Efforts made to speak with the General Manager of the company, Gloria West, was not successful, due to the evacuation order which had forced them to relocate.
