Le Meridien Wears New Look As Anthony Ukpo Jnr Takes Over Management

The Le Meridien (Ogeyi Place) Hotel located on Tombia street, GRA Phase 11 Port Harcourt now wears a new look and improved services following the change of management of the high class hotel.

It was gathered that the owner of the hotel, a former military Governor of old Rivers Sate and Ex-minister, Brigadier General Anthony Ukpo (Rtd.) has stepped aside the management of the hotel, handing over to his son, Anthony Ukpo Jnr.

Just recently, the Cross Rivers State born military top brass and business man according to our source, got a contract to construct the first mono-rail in Africa in Rivers State with his TSI Nigeria Limited in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative.

Anothony Ukpo Jnr. who studied Bio Technology in a United Kingdom University is a carbon copy of his father in all ramifications. Just few weeks after he took over, the face of Le Meridien Ogeyi Place named after his grandmother Ogeyi has now improved in its outlook and services.
