A six track debut Christian album titled, “Dew of Heaven” with its hit-track ‘Obalafamame’ (He is wonderful) has been launched in Port Harcourt.

The ceremony, which took place at the Superlife Assembly Auditorium, Aggrey Road by Lagos Bus-Stop, Port Harcourt recently, was attended by a cream of dignitaries from all walks of life.

Speaking at the occasion, the Senior Pastor of the Church, Pastor Songo Whyte said the soul inspiring album is capable of transforming humanity and expressed optimism that it would go far and wide, describing the tracks as undeniable inspiration from God.

Pastor Whyte lauded the artist, Gloria Wilfred (Glowill) for the remarkable achievement of divine value, praying for God’s blessing and urged all lovers of Christian music and others to support her.

The artist, Glowill in a chat with newsmen after the ceremony, said she went into music because it is part of her life.

According to her, “I see myself as a complexity of music and feel satisfied and fulfilled when I sing music.”

On who inspired her, Glowill said she has the inspiration from God Almighty who created everybody and placed some peculiar harmonic entities in her. She said she composed her songs from dreams, meditations, reading the world of God and listening to songs by other artists.

Sister Glowill, however, said her greatest obstacle is sponsorship. “I have been able to crawl the pathway to and fro the studio to bring up myself to where I am.” God did it for me in his own way without the help or consultation of any human being. She appealed to generous and spirited individuals for sponsorship and assistance.

“Glory be to the Almighty God for giving me the grace to do this song to lift up his name,” she noted.

Other tracks of the album include, ‘Every Living Soul’, ‘Give Thanks To the Lord’, ‘I Will Lift My Eyes’, ‘Lord Reigns and Righteousness.’
