PCRC Year Opens In PH

The  Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr Suleiman Abba will officially perform the opening ceremony of Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) year in Port Harcourt on Thursday, 
  A statement signed by the chairman, Hon Austen Yong and the Secretary, Mr Jeffrey Anugwo said the commissioner is expected to deliver a paper with the theme, “Building and Sustaining Partnerships for Community Safety”, at the occasion.
  The statement said the theme is in line with the present focus on community policing and the dire need for a multi-agency approach and collaboration.
  It also has it that other Non-Governmental Organisations and stakeholders are also expected  to attend the occasion which is first of its kind in the state and enjoined all bona-fide members of the state PCRC to also attend.
