Nigeria, Kuwait Sign Pact
Nigeria and Kuwait will conclude the signing of three agreements in March, Dr Aliyu Idi Hong, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, has said.
Hong spoke on Monday night in Abuja at a reception to mark the 50th Independence anniversary and 20th Liberation Day of Kuwait.
He said that when concluded and signed, the agreements would give fillip to a more meaningful and concrete collaboration between the business communities of both countries.
Hong was represented at the occasion by Dr Martins Uhomibhi, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry.
He said progress between the two countries on the economic front had been slow, but that the prospect and potentials for a robust and mutually beneficial bilateral economic cooperation was enormous.
