{"id":347483,"date":"2025-09-08T01:57:43","date_gmt":"2025-09-08T00:57:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetidenewsonline.com\/?p=347483"},"modified":"2025-09-07T16:54:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-07T15:54:59","slug":"school-resumptionrivers-begins-monitoring-of-compliance-to-academics-standards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetidenewsonline.com\/?p=347483","title":{"rendered":"School Resumption:Rivers begins monitoring of compliance\u00a0 to academics standards"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"adn ads\" data-message-id=\"#msg-f:1842610389774923076\" data-legacy-message-id=\"199244630dfa7544\">\n<div class=\"gs\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div id=\":po\" class=\"ii gt\">\n<div id=\":pp\" class=\"a3s aiL \">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">As Secondary and primary schools\u00a0 in Rivers state ,including public and private owned\u00a0 resumes for the first term 2025\/2026 academic session\u00a0 today after a one month vacation at the end of the third term\u00a0 2024\/2025 academic session .,the state ministry of education said quality assurance supervisors will resume school visitations and monitoring immediately.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The state ministry of Education disclosed this in a statement signed by the permanent secretary ,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dr. (Mrs.) Ndidi Chikanele Utchay and made available to the tide ,the statement stated that staffs of department of quality assurance services (SEQAS)\u00a0 in the ministry and it&#8217;s agencies will commence\u00a0 immediate\u00a0 routein assessment visitations to all schools in the state, to ensure Compliance with Established Educational Standards .<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The statement reads thus:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8220;This is to notify all public and private schools operating in Rivers State that the State Education Quality Assurance Services (SEQAS) will commence follow-through and routine assessments immediately, upon resumption of the 2025\/2026 academic session.
