Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo, has congratulated the State Chief Executive, Chief Nyesom Wike, on the conferment of the \u2018Distinguished Award in Infrastructure Delivery\u2019 on him by President Muhammadu Buhari.
\nIn a statement in Government House, Port Harcourt, last Friday, Banigo expressed delight that the governor\u2019s superlative development strides have been recognised across the globe, adding that the governor\u2019s penchant to execute quality projects across the state was unprecedented.
\nSimilarly, the Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo, joined other people of goodwill across the globe, to felicitate with the Founder and Lead Pastor of Salvation Ministries, Home of Success, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, as he celebrated the Diamond Jubilee of his birth.
\nIn a statement in Government House, Port Harcourt, last Friday, Banigo said, \u201cRivers State is blessed to have a great man of God who has continued to positively impact on the lives of millions of people across the globe with his undiluted word of God\u201d.
\nBanigo, who described Ibiyeomie, as a great teacher, leader, mentor and philanthropist, added that \u201che is God\u2019s Great General who has continued to win millions of souls to Our Lord Christ\u201d.
