Strategic Business Techspace (SBT), an Artificial Intelligence company, has trained more than 200 youths in emerging\u00a0 technologies to boost the growth of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Africa\u2019s economy, particularly in Nigeria.
\nThe company, in partnership with\u00a0 an award-winning organisation in Conversational Artificial Intelligence, embarked on training\u00a0 of individuals\u00a0 and organisations to boost Nigerian\u00a0 economy\u00a0 in particular.
\nChief\u00a0 Technical Officer,\u00a0 Strategic\u00a0 Business Techspace (SBT),\u00a0 Mr. David Mba, said the training\u00a0 was part of the company\u2019s\u00a0 commitment\u00a0 to the growth\u00a0 of emerging technologies in Africa.
\nThe Tide\u2019s source reports that SBT had organised\u00a0 its fourth edition of\u00a0 Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (1OT) Summit, with the theme \u2018Emerging Technologies And Innovations in Africa by Africans\u2019.
\nMba said at the summit that the trainings had been in various forms, from bootcamp for students to trainings\u00a0 for individuals and organisations.
\nHe hinted\u00a0 that the training was part of the company\u2019s\u00a0 objectives\u00a0 of achieving\u00a0 a digitally literate\u00a0 population in Africa, and Nigeria\u00a0 in particular.
\nAccording\u00a0 to him, the training will still\u00a0 be organised,\u00a0 especially\u00a0 the bootcamp, until the objective of achieving\u00a0 a relatively\u00a0 digital\u00a0 economy\u00a0 is achieved.
\n\u201cSBT is committed to contributing to the growth of emerging technologies and innovation space in Africa.
\n\u201cThe\u00a0 benefits of the summit and training include individual\u2019s learning of emerging technologies that evolve and change business and workplace narratives.
\n\u201cIt\u00a0 availed organisations opportunity to measure their digital strategy through Gartner\u2019s Digital Execution Score Card,\u2019\u2019 he said.
