The huge achievement recorded at the Faculty of\u00a0 Law, Rivers State University have been attributed to the robust\u00a0 Information and Communication Technology (ICT), system in the institution.
\nThis was\u00a0 the view\u00a0 of the\u00a0\u00a0 Head,\u00a0 B.M. Wifa\u00a0 Chambers of Law Faculty, RSU,\u00a0 Mr Emperor\u00a0 Nnaoma when he spoke with The Tide yesterday in Port Harcourt.
\nHe was reacting to the three first class graduates of law produced by the school after over thirty years of\u00a0 law degree course programme in the area.
\nNnaoma\u00a0 said that such feat was made achievable through the\u00a0 use of computer for examinations\u00a0 for freshers.
\nHe said that the ICT\u00a0 process paved the way as\u00a0 students were happy accessing\u00a0 their\u00a0 performances immediately\u00a0 after each exam.
\nAccording to him, computer-based test remained the best option to test students, saying that it promotes accuracy and efficiency.
\nThe B.W. Wifa\u00a0 Chamber\u2019s\u00a0 Head Class\u00a0 was of the view that the first\u00a0 class\u00a0 graduates would not\u00a0 also have found it easy without a thorough\u00a0 managerial skill experienced in the institution presently. Applauding\u00a0 one of the first class\u00a0 law products\u00a0 Mr Simple\u00a0 Kpa-ue\u00a0 for\u00a0 his efforts, he said such a feat has so far brought\u00a0 honour to the Chambers as he was a member.
\nThe Tide\u00a0 gathered that Kpa-ue had received\u00a0 some pat on the back by the\u00a0 chambers patron,\u00a0 Barinua Wifa (SAN) as a way of\u00a0 encouragement.
\nThe encouragement as further\u00a0 learnt, by\u00a0 The Tide\u00a0 was part of patron\u2019s efforts\u00a0 of youth\u00a0 empowerment\u00a0 of law graduates.
\nEarlier, he lauded the Dean, Faculty of Law, RSU, Prof Nlerum\u00a0 Okogbule\u00a0 for his\u00a0 determination to run a transparent policy that would favour all and\u00a0 sundry regardless of\u2018\u00a0 their nationality or tribe.
