This was contained in a short statement issued by the Head of Service, Rivers State Government, Dr. (Mrs.) Inyingi S. I. Brown, at the weekend.

The statement urged the Permanent Secretaries to mobilize and attend the commissioning ceremony, accompanied by officers in the Directorate Cadre from their respective MDAs.

“In order to ensure proper coordination, protocol arrangements and orderly seating, all Permanent Secretaries are to ensure that their accompanying staff are seated by 9:00 a.m. prompt to secure their seats ahead of the commencement of the programme.

“This engagement is of official importance, and attendance is mandatory. Permanent Secretaries are therefore enjoined to ensure prompt presence and full compliance,” the statement added.

Today’s commissioning is part of series of commissioning embarked upon by the governor for the past one week.
