Kwara United Announce $35k Shirt Sponsorship Deal

President Federation Cup champions Kwara United have announced a $35,000 shirt sponsorship deal with an online cryptocurrency-based gambling platform, BC.GAME, ahead of the new season, Tidesports reports.

The Nigeria Premier Football League outfit made the deal public last Wednesday while unveiling their kits for the 2025/26 season.

“We are excited to unveil our new jersey for the 2025/26 NPFL season, with BC. Game as our official shirt sponsor in a $35,000 one-season deal,” the club announced via X.

The one-year deal is worth over N50M.

Meanwhile, the club haven’t had any shirt sponsor in recent times, and the deal marks a landmark ahead of their campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup as well.

The Harmony Boys beat second-tier side Abakaliki FC 4-3 on penalties during the final in Lagos.

It was the club’s first major title, and the win attracted a reward of N5m and a plot of land at the Kwara Smart City for each player and official of the team from the Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

Kwara United will find out their group opponents in the preliminary stage of the CAF Confederation Cup on Saturday, when the draw will be held in Tanzania.
