Opurum Unveils Eze Ndudiri’s Palace

His Eminence, Ochie Emmanuel Opurum, Onyi-Ishi Etche/Ochie of Etche land, has unveiled the palace of the Acting Ochimba Ogida in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
His Eminence Opurum, foremost traditional ruler in Rivers State and Chairman, Supreme Council of Etche Traditional Rulers and Chiefs unveiled the new palace built by High Chief Sponsor Onwa Nagbara Oha of Ogida and Ngbaragida of Azuafor, Eze Ndudiri Azuatalam.
Represented by the Onyi – Ishi Agwuru, Alakwo/ Umuselem Clan, Eze Ken Nwala said peace remains the potential tool towards the development of Etche land.
He said the peace existing in the land is due to the sacrifice of the traditional institution, saying every effort is needed to sustain it.
His Eminence urged Etche people to come together regardless of political divide to form a new front aimed at taking Etche to greater heights.
He applauded the efforts of Eze Ndudiri Azuatalam in the promotion of unity and peace in his community.
In his remark, the chairman of the occasion, Eze Kenneth Ahamaefula expressed satisfaction over the achievements of the Ogida Acting Ochimba.
Eze Kenneth, Paramount Ruler of Chokocho Town described Eze Ndudiri Azuatalam as a worthy traditional ruler who has impacted the lives of his people.
He said Eze Azuatalam has made a mark in the traditional institution based on his simple way of life.
He said Chokocho people are in total support of his development strides.
He said as a way of showing solidarity, he led other prominent sons of his community to support him.
He said when the righteous rules, the people rejoice as it is seen today in his town.
He noted that the foundation of his town has been centred on God, hence, the unprecedented progress.
On his part ,EzeNdudiri expressed gratitude to God for granting him the opportunity to serve his people

EzeNdudiri known as City worldwide urged all sons of his community to unite and work for the peace, common good of the land
He commended the presence of the former Vice Chancellor , Ignatius Ajuru University of Education ,Prof Mecuri Ndimele for his presence and support towards the development of his community
