Kumuyi Moves To Promote Moral Rectitude In Society …Launches Change Makers International Initiative

The General Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor W F Kumuyi, has expressed concern over the high rate of anti-social behaviour among children and adults in the society.
To this end, the General Overseer is expected to flag off  Change Makers International Initiative, an event meant to address the rate of anti-social behaviour among children and adults in the society.
The event which holds at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium, Port Harcourt will have in attendance both the Christian and Muslim communities and others in the State.
Rivers State Overseer of the church, Pastor Andrew Osagie disclosed this during an interactive session with religious leaders and other members of the society in Port Harcourt.
Osagie, who represented Pastor Kumuyi at the event said the event which holds on 15th August, 2024 at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium, Elekahia is aimed at moral rejuvenation in the society.
He also said the programme will be transmitted live across the globe, stressing that over a hundred thousand persons including Christians and Moslems are expected at the event.
Meanwhile, the General Overseer of Depeer Christian Life Ministry, Pastor W F Kumuyi has called on critical stakeholders in the society including parents, religious leaders and the government to work towards addressing the high rate of moral decadence in the society.
He said the society is now characterised with social disorder, adding that the problem must not be left to one person alone.
The cleric said time has come for members of the society irrespective of religious affiliation to come together and find solution to the high level of moral decadence in the society.
