Chairmanship Aspirant Lauds Fubara On Commissioner’s Appointment

A chairmanship aspirant in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State, Sir Chris Amaechi, has expressed gratitude to the State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara over the appointment of Hon Austin Anadozie as Commissioner for Employment Generation.
Amaechi said the recent appointment of an illustrious son of Etche to serve in the cabinet has demostrated Governor Fubara’ s genuine love for Etche people.
Amaechi, who is a stalwart of the Simplified Movement said in an interview in Port Harcourt that the rehabilitation of Igbo Etche-Rumuokwurusi Road by Governor Fubara has shown his passion to develop all parts of the State.
He explained that Etche people and road users have heaved a sigh of relief after 11 years previous administrations abandoned the road.
The Etche chairmanship hopeful said Governor Fubara deserves special appreciation by the Etche Ethnic Nationality for coming to the people’s rescue, stressing that Etche people now hold him in high esteem for this singular gesture.
He further explained that the road means a lot to his Etche people, including road users, saying farmers can now freely transport their agricultural produce while road users can have access to their businesses with ease.
He said Governor Fubara means well for Rivers people, hence, all hands should be on deck to support him accomplish more dividends of democracy for the people.
Amaechi said within one year in office of Governor Fubara’s administration, Rivers people have witnessed unprecedented socio – economic development.
“As a people, we owe him enormous support to succeed. Etche people must sincerely appreciate him for appointing our illustrious son as a Commissioner in his cabinet. It goes to show his love and passion for our people. The rehabilitation of Igbo Etche-Rumuokwurusi road has demonstrated his genuine love to develop all parts of the State. It is a big relief to not only Etche people but also road users who have suffered untold hardship in the past 11 years. It calls for celebration and accolades. Our people hold him in high esteem by this singular gesture,” he said.
