Media Organisation Honours Monarch
Omoku, the headquarters of Ogba/ Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State was agog as the management of Weekly Watch Newspaper honoured Eze Andrew Enemuwa, the Ogene 1 of Asa.
The epoch-making ceremony which held at the palace of Ogene 1 of Asa last Friday saw his Council of Chiefs and other prominent sons of Omoku in attendance.
In his speech, Ogene 1 of Asa expressed his joy over the award, saying it came to him as a surprise.
He thanked the management of the Newspaper for finding him worthy of the award, assuring that he would live up to expectation.
Highlight of the event was the induction of the monarch as patron of the newspaper.
