The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, had advised the Rivers State Governor, Amaopusenibo Siminialayi Fubara, not to fight his predecessor in office, Chief Nyesom Wike, as his (Wike) political career was already coming to an end.
Primate Ayodele said this while reacting to the current political crisis in the State in a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosinthat.
The cleric further advised the governor to concentrate on delivering good governance to the people of Rivers State because God Himself will fight Wike.
“Fubara should humble himself and do what he has promised God. He should not fight Wike, he should leave him alone. He should concentrate on his people and projects. God wants to punish Wike for his wickedness. If Fubara takes a step to fight, he will fail. Let Wike continue to fight himself, God will fight for you”, he said.
Primate Ayodele predicted that Wike will be rubbished out of APC and will fall out of favour with President Bola Tinubu, adding that the FCT Minister will go into political oblivion and fail woefully.
He further advised Fubara to face his work and listen to the people’s advice instead of expending energy in fighting Wike.
“Wike is going into oblivion. Nemesis will fight Wike. APC and Tinubu will still fight him. Wike has no career again, God has departed from him and he will be rubbished out of APC.
‘’He (Fubara) will win Wike but he won’t have to fight. Fubara should face his work, add more credibility and listen to the people’s advice. Do more than what Wike has done. He (Fubara) will succeed,” he added.
