FRSC Marks Road Crash Victims Week

The Rivers State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has joined other sectors across the country to mark the 2023 road crash accident victims week with the theme: ‘Remember, Support and Act’.
Addressing journalists in Port Harcourt as part of the event to commemorate the week- long activities, the state sector Commander; Corps Commander Christopher Kuje appealed to good spirited individuals to come to the aid of road accidents victims.
He hinted that road crash victim week is marked on the African continent every 3rd of December each year.
According to him,”we want to appeal to good spirited individuals to empathise with those who are road crash victims. We should empathise or show compassion to road crash victims. We need to support the loved ones of road-crash victims or members of their families.  In fact,we the officers or corps of the sector Commander RS 6.1 of the Federal Road Safety Commission will visit University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UP THE) to empathise or show love to road crash victims.
