The Rivers State Judiciary yesterday disclosed that all Magistrate Courts previously sitting within the High Court Complex have been relocated to the permanent site at Honourable Justice Iche Nwenenda-Ndu Magistrate Court Complex, in Moscow Road, Port Harcourt.
The Judiciary, in a statement by the Chief Registrar, Rivers State High Court, David Ihua-Maduenyi, said the relocation of the Magistrate Courts to the permanent site would not affect the High Court as it remains at the Bank Road.
The statement, while revealing that the Magistrate Court is beside Rivers State House of Assembly, and opposite Rivers State Police Command Headquarters, urged members of the public to take note of the relocation to avoid any form of difficulties in their legal battle.
