Fast Food Joint Director Charges Govt On SMEs Growth
The Director of Perpetual Taste Fast Food, Ojo Ogamlekan, has appealed to governments at all levels to assist small scale business owners and their outfits to grow.
Ogamlekan, who made the appeal while speaking with newsmen in his office in Port Harcourt said considering the high cost of raw materials due to removal of fuel subsidy, business owners are wallowing in pains.
He said governments at all levels have the capacity to support both small and mefuim scale businesses as well as industrialists in the country thereby creating job opportunities for the youths.
Ogamlekan, whose fast food joint is operating in both Igwuruta and Ozuoba axis of Port Harcourt said he needed to expand the business but due to pausity of funds he could not do that.
“I have been able to manage these two outlets in Rivers State after graduation from school with the assistance of my wife. We have been able to succeed because both of us studied Catering in school. Our managerial skills have enabled us to provide better services to our customers who deserve the best. The high quality of Perpetual Food and standard cannot be compromised despite the economic situation. We ensure that our customers are given the best and special treatment. Our 15 years of corporate existence has been unbeatable. Perpetual Taste Fast Food which also engages in industrial catering, bakery and out door services has been the best in East of the Niger. Each season, we try to remain the best despite challenges. The high inflation rate cannot be an obstacle to us. The mercy of God has always seen us through aside the high exchange rate of the dollars which is affecting every business.We are excited because most of our customers are attesting to the fact that our quality cannot be faulted ,” he said
