Noting that all along the performance of different Governors in the State has been compared to that of the first Military Governor of the Old Rivers State, which comprised Bayelsa State, King Alfred Diete-Spiff, but that there is no room for such comparison with Wike, because Spiff operated under fiat.
He further said Wike has placed Rivers State on the front burner of National politics.
According to him, Wike has within the available resources changed the infrastructural landscape of Rivers State.
He also used the occasion to announce that Rumuigbo has resolved to remain one through the resolution of their chieftaincy crisis.
