Navy Unveils Candidates For Basic Training Recruitment Exercise

The Nigerian Navy has said it has released the names of successful candidates who applied for its basic training exercise for batch 33 for regular trainee ratings.
A statement signed by the Director of Information for Chief of the Naval Staff, Commodore A. O. Ayo-Vaughan and made available to The Tide, indicates that successful candidates are to report at the training ground at Navy Basic Training School,Onne, Eleme Local Government Area, Rivers State from Saturday, August 6, to Wednesday 10, 2022,adding that any candidate who failed to report accordingly would not be accepted.
The statement reads, “The Nigerian Navy wishes to inform the general public that the list of successful candidates for the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School (NNBTS) Batch 33 Recruitment Exercise held on March 12, 2022 at different centres across the country will be released on Sunday, July 24, 2022.
“Candidates are hereby notified to check www.joinnigeriannavy.com for the list of successful candidates and other detailed information.
“Successful candidates are to report for training at the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School, Onne, Rivers State on Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 0800 (8am). Candidates who fail to report by Wednesday, August 10, 2022 will not be accepted for training.
“Additionally, the general public is requested to disregard several speculative and mischievous information trending on social media and some online platforms with respect to Recruitment or Enlistment Exercise of the Nigerian Navy.”
