2023: Fubara’ll Beat Opponents With Wide Gap, LG Boss Predicts …Says Wike’s Achievements Recipe For Election Victories For PDP

The Chairman of Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Council of Rivers State, Dr. Enyiada Cookey-Gam, has said that the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sir Siminialayi Joseph Fubara, would effortlessly overrun candidates of other parties with a wide margin in 2023.
Speaking with The Tide recently in Port Harcourt on the 2023 polls and the chances of PDP, Cookey-Gam said that the uncommon socio-economic and infrastructure transformation witnessed in all sectors of Rivers economy under the state Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, would undoubtedly boost the chances of PDP candidates at all levels for the 2023 general election.
He noted that Rivers State Government has made monumental progress in infrastructure and socio-economic development, engendered peaceful co-existence among various communities and ethnic nationalities via substantial good governance, with projects executed across the three senatorial districts in the state.
He further asserted that PDP was the only party with grassroots political structure across the 23 local government areas in the state, arguing that the opposition parties were generally scratching the surface, panting for breathe and gasping for political oxygen for survival.
Cookey-Gam, said: “I can vividly tell you that the PDP will crush the insignificant opposition parties in the forth-coming general election.
“Our governorship candidate, Sim Fubara, is a unifier,politically solid, ready to serve, a competent technocrat and public administrator, seasoned management idol, humble and solid personality, who is generally loved by the good people of Rivers State and across board.”
According to him, “Amaopusenibo Siminialayi Fubara will defeat the candidates of opposition parties with wide gap. The signs are there. Governor Nyesom Wike’s remarkable achievements, coupled with political capacity, competence and popularity of Fubara, shall bring about landslide victory for PDP in 2023.
“The likes of Tonye Cole of ruling All Progressives Congress (APC),Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs of Accord Party, among others, are in the race to fulfill all righteousness”, Cookey-Gam said.
