PDP Constitutes Ekiti Governorship Election National Campaign Council …Wike, Makinde, Anyanwu, 78 Others Make Team

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has constituted the National Campaign Council for the June 18, 2022 Ekiti State Governorship election with Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike and 80 others making the list of members.
A statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, yesterday in Abuja, said “The members of the Ekiti Governorship Election National Campaign Council are as follows: Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, as chairman; Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu as deputy chairman; Sokoto State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal as member; Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike as member; Akwa I bom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel as member; and Amb. Taofeek Arapaja, as member”.
The statement further listed other members to include the PDP National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu; Arch. Setonji Kosheodo; Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo; Chief Ali Obasi Odefa; PDP Deputy National Chairman, South-South Zone, Chief Dan Osi Orbih; PDP National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba; Prof. Stella Effa-Attoe; former Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Ayo Fayose; former Ondo State Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko; Eyitayo Jegede, SAN; PDP Board of Trustee member, Chief Olabode George; Dr. Eddy Olafeso; Senator Biodun Olujimi; Hon. Ladi Adebutu; and Hon. Adekoya Adesegun Abdul-Majeed.

“The date for the inaugural meeting of the campaign council and other details would be announced in due course,” the statement said.
